Penang Celebrate Bon Odori Festival at the 17th July 2010 at Esplanade Penang. It is full of people come together to celebrate this meaningful event.
The event started at 5pm but unfortunately heavy rain fall at 5.30pm for more then 1 hour, but then people still pouring in after the rain stop.
Many men, women and children wearing their traditional dress to come to the event.
